Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For oversized items like kayaks, delivery may take 7-14 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs for kayaks are the responsibility of the customer.
Are your kayaks covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Feelfree Kayaks come with a limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturer defects on the hull to ensure your peace of mind on the water.

Can I track my order once it has shipped?
